Brevard County is home to 72 miles of shoreline and, on July 18, 2014, three of those miles were a little cleaner.
The law firm of Telfer, Faherty, & Anderson, P.L., teamed up with Keep Brevard Beautiful, a nonprofit organization dedicated to costal cleanups, and walked a section of Playalinda Beach in Titusville with buckets and grabbers, picking up remnants of a playful week.
Such a community service mentality benefits more than just the beach. Dozens of animals live n the refuge surrounding the beach and hunt for food along the shore. Often, those animals find cigarettes, plastic, and fishing line rather than food. With a little time, some trash bags, and a brimmed hat, the benefits are worthwhile -a local organization is lent a hand, the local environment is cleaned up, the wildlife is protected, and an office team shares a special moment that increases awareness and morale.
Declaring part of the new statute invalid, as contrary to federal law, as it pertains to the requirement that patients alleging malpractice have to sign a release giving the offending doctor and his insurance and legal representatives the right to have "ex parte" discussions with their "other" health care providers about the malpractice claims.

The Rockledge High School football program had a fund raising golf tournament at Rockledge Country Club this past Saturday. The firm participated and provided sponsorship funds.
Established in 1976, the firm has four distinguished attorneys to represent you. The firm has been awarded the coveted "AV" rating from Martindale - Hubbell, the most authoritative legal rating source in the world. An "AV" rating is the highest rating available and is awarded only to select firms. Not all attorneys or firms are rated, and the "AV" rating signifies "legal abilities are of the very highest standard" and that "professional ethics are unquestioned."
